Payments
Payments for in-person coaching will occur through direct bank transfer. The account details will be emailed to you when you make your initial enquiry through this website or social media channels and dates, times etc. have been arranged.

All payments will be made upfront and before the sessions begins. If no payment has been made 36 hours prior to the session starting, then the session will be cancelled. This will not count as a loss of a session.

A non-refundable deposit will be taken for every package booked. The price for the deposit is dependant on the type of package being purchased (Solo or Small Group) and will not include discounts accrued through purchasing larger packages. The price of the deposit will be confirmed to you during the booking process.

The deposit price will deducted from the total cost of the package. The remainder is to be paid in 2 instalments, at the start and midway points of the package.​

When paying as part of a Small Group Session, the payment must be made from 1 account only. Sport Speed Performance strongly recommends that those making the payment receives payment from the group upfront.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours from the session start time without a valid reason will result in the loss of that session.

Forgetting you had other commitments is not a valid reason for cancelling within the 24 hour period.
​
A session may be cancelled for any reason outside of the 24 hour period and will be reorganised as convenient.
​
Arriving >20 minutes late will result in the loss of the session. At this point your coach will leave the session area.
​
The Coach is not obligated to "make up" any time lost due to arriving late to the session. Any time lost through arriving late may or may not be "made up" at the Coach's discretion.

All packages must be completed within 6 months of the first sessions start date. Any session not completed by this date may be lost.
