As a professional Physical Performance Coach, I've had numerous experiences coaching elite athletes from a wide variety of sports in a performance setting. Having completed an MSc in Strength and Conditioning at St Marys Twickenham, I have sharpened my skills even further so I can provide my athletes with the best service possible and help them reach their full potential.

What We Do
At SSP, we use the latest science knowledge to design individualised training programs to maximise our impact, so you can maximise yours. We remove barriers to your performance so that you can play at your full potential and stay injury free throughout the season. We don't subscribe to the fancy insta-worthy exercises, or pummel you to the point you can't walk. We only use what works, so you can reap the benefits.

On the Field is where it Counts
Everything at SSP is geared towards performance on the pitch, court, track or mat. Yes, your big Bench Press is impressive but does it really matter if you're a hockey player? At SSP, sport specific movement is our number one priority. If you're a footballer we want to make you faster, if you're a boxer we want you to punch harder and if you're a golfer we want you to hit further off the tee. Our strength work is designed to compliment your on-field work, if an exercise doesn't make you faster on the field, we aren't interested in it!
